When you become a member of our website, you can take advantage of special shopping opportunities, easily track your orders from the “My Account” page, benefit “Personal Ticket Area” and edit your delivery addresses. We should state that you will be informed about new items, opportunities and campaigns as a priority user.
You can shop on bjaste.com without a registration. After adding the items you like to your shopping cart, you can complete your shopping by marking the “Buy without registration” field, only adding your e-mail address, billing and shipping details.

If you click the “Lost password” button and enter the email adress that you used while signing up or your user name, you will receive a link to create a new password via email.

Attention! This link may also appear in the “Spam” or “Junk” box of your e-mail account, if you do not receive our e-mail with a password reset link within 5 minutes, please check these boxes as well.

You can update your e-mail address and password in the “Account Details” section under the “My Account” menu, and your registered addresses in the “Addresses” section.


The payment screen opens after you added the items to your shopping cart and selected your shipping address. On the payment page, you can choose which method you want to pay.
You can pay with a credit or debit card of any bank. Our payment collection partner Mollie will show you the payment options that you can prefer.
Unfortunately it isn’t yet possible to pay with cash upon delivery.
Unfortunately we don’t accept the payments via bank wirements. However, please get in touch via our Whatsapp Customer Chat, if we have many available models in our stock, our customer service may help you on this issue.
During checkout, all the informations about your credit/debit card is encrypted with 128bit SSL and it automatically goes to the bank that the payment transactions are made in order to verify whether your account has sufficient funds or your card is valid. During this process, your information is only sent to the bank via a secured system placed by our payment collection partner Mollie and it is not stored by us.
We don’t store any information about your payment method. The payments are collecting by our payment partner Mollie.


Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail from us that your order is successfull. After your products are passed through the necessary quality control stages, they will be packaged, an invoice will be generated, and then your products will be delivered to our shipping partners. Finally, you will receive an e-mail from our customer service department with your tracking number.
If you encounter an error at any stage while placing your order, you can follow/correct the steps according to the warnings on your screen. For example, if there is a problem with your credit card at the payment stage, you can try to pay with a different card. If the problem is not related to your credit card and persists, we recommend you to check your internet connection first. If there is no connection problem, then you can try the same operation with another web browser. If the problem persits, please take a print-screen of error page and send it to technical.help@bjaste.com email address. Our technical stuff will return to you as soon as possible by checking the error.
When you made the payment, your invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you signed up (if you are a member), or to the e-mail address you wrote when you are placing your order (if you are not a member). In anycase, our packing service will their best to place your invoice in the same package of your purchase.


We are working with the largest and best shipping companies. Unfortunately, at this moment you can’t choose the shipping company, once you’ve placed your order, the shipping company will be automatically determined by our system, taking into account issues such as the distribution network and delivery address.

If you cannot be found at the delivery address on the day of arrival, the shipping company will leave an advice note to your door/your postbox. On this advice note you’ll find all the necessary information.

You should be aware that your purchase will be kept at the distribution office of shipping company for a defined period, if they can’t find you at the delivery address after a 2nd attempt. If you don’t pick it up from this office, they’ll return your package us. In this case, we will re-ship the item with a shipment fee.

The address information you provided while creating your order cannot be changed on the system. In case of such request, please contact with our Customer Service immediately, if your purchase is still in our warehouse and shipping sticker hasn’t generated, we’ll change your delivery address.
It is critically important to remember that you must check the package when the package is delivered to you. If there is any crush, deformation, wetness or damage on the package, open it and check the condition of your item(s) together with the deliveryman. If your order get damaged, do not accept to receive them and ask the deliveryman to write a statement about it. These products will be sent back to Bjäste by the shipping company and will be exchanged by us.
