Exchanges & Returns


As long as your order situation is in the “Supplying Process”, you can cancel your order via our Customer Support System. If your order has already delivered to our shipping partners, unfortunately you can’t cancel the order anymore.


Once you’ve realized the payment via our Checkout page, you can’t remove the item, change its colour or size. In this case, please contact us via Personal Ticket Area. Our customer service will handle your request and try to find a solution.

Once you’ve received the item, you can ask an exchange in 7 (seven) days only if it still in its original package. Please submit your request via Personal Ticket Area. Our customer service will handle your request, however you must pay to shipment fees.


You have 7 (seven) days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase. You must contact with your Customer Service via Personal Ticket Area, fill the Return Form, and send back the item. It is extremely important that the returned item must be send back in a condition that it will not lose its resalable feature and in its original package as it has reached you. In addition, due to legal obligations following items cannot be returned :

  • Items produced in accordance with your special requests or customized items.
  • Even if it doesn’t used, if its package is opened or the protective tape is removed : personal care products, cosmetics, food products etc.
  • Unpacked stationery supplies.
  • Items not suitable to resale due to hygiene reasons : beanies, hats, shoes, earrings, jewelry sets with earrings, underwear sets, panties, bottom corsets, slips, bikini sets, bikinis, swimwears, manicure tools, ear plugs, mouth and sweat clothes, toilet brushes and so on.
  • Unpacked and used electronic products.
  • Precious metals that may lose value on the day they are sold (like gold).

Apart from these, if you think that the item you ordered has reached you as faulty / incomplete / defective as a result of an overlooked situation during the preparation of your order or if the item is defective, you can contact to our customer service. Our customer representatives will assist you after the necessary inspections are made. Our inspection period for defective products is an average of 21 working days, as a result of the inspection, you will be informed about the result by our customer service representatives.
